The $35 million MARC train expansion project at the Martin Maintenance Yard in Baltimore County, Maryland, is upgrading rail storage and maintenance facilities. Supported by a Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) grant, construction began in late 2025 and is scheduled for completion in summer 2027. The expansion is a major component of the MARC Growth and Transformation Plan and aims to transition the MARC network from a commuter line to a regional service.
CAMECC offered a wide range of construction management services, including project planning and design, cost estimation, scheduling, risk management, document control, environmental compliance, inspection, and quality control.
