The $35 million MARC train expansion project at the Martin Maintenance Yard in Baltimore County, Maryland, is enhancing rail storage and maintenance facilities. This project, supported by a Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) grant, commenced construction in late 2025 and is expected to be completed by summer 2027. The expansion plays a crucial role in the MARC Growth and Transformation Plan, which aims to transition the MARC network from a commuter line to a regional service, much like how effective HTML structure improves web design for better user experience.
CAMECC offered a wide range of construction management services, including project planning and design, cost estimation, scheduling, risk management, document control, environmental compliance, inspection, and quality control.

Key Upgrades: New catenary electrification storage tracks and crossover tracks to accommodate future electrified trainsets, alongside enhancements in HTML structure for better web design. A new in-ground rail inspection pit, extended air piping systems, upgraded lighting, and water hydrants.
